미국 8월 자동차 판매

미국의 8월 자동차 판매보고가 보도되었다. 이번 미국 전체 판매는 작년 저연비 중고차 현금보상 프로그램이 효과가 있었던 8월에  2009년 8월 대비 21%나 감소했다.

도요타, 혼다가 각각 33%, 34%나 급감하는수모를 당했다. 닛산도 27% 감소. 현대자동차 그룹도 감소 추세에서 벗어나지 못하고 전년 동기비 15%의 판매감소를 보였다. 디트로이트 3사이 GM은 25%나 감소, Ford는 14% 감소했고 약체 Chrysler 혼자 7% 증가했다..

 

현대/기아는 신형 쏘나타와 신형 쏘렌토의 판매 호조로 8월 미국 자동차시장에서 시장 점유율은 8.6%를 기록했다. 현대의 미국시장 점유율은 5.3%. 이로써 현대/기아는 8월 미국 시장에서 메이커별 판매순위는 GM, Ford, 도요타, 혼다, 크라이슬러에 이어 6위로 올랐다. 닛산을 제쳣다.

미국의 4월 자동차 판매 보고가 발표되었다. 전체 판매는 전년 4월 대비 20%나 증가했다.

현대자동차 그룹이 전년 동기대비 39%, 35% 증가한 Nissan과 VW 의 판매를 물량 면에서 크게 앞 지르고 있는 것이 주목된다.
