Poon Hill 의 해돋이 -08 -2-17

고레파니(2,860m)의 마운틴-뷰 롯지에서는 샤워시설이 말썽을 피운다. 주인장에게 당장 고쳐달라고 재촉했지만 한시간 넘게 소식이 없다. 식당에 내려가 어찌되었는지 물으니 깜빡했던 모양이다. 이상일 사장이 갖고 온 소주로 목적지에 도착한 것을 자축하였지만 혹시나 내일 아침에 두통을 유발할까봐 소주 두잔으로 만족해야했다. 새벽 5시반에 롯지를 출발 일출을 보기 위해 푼힐을 향해 올라갔다.
After we checked in the lodge Stan Lee, my companion and me celebrateed our success of the first day trekking in Himalaya with soju (as you know it is world famous Korean liquor). The Mountain view lodge had a poor facility due to lack of electric power. Later on I realized that I'd better not expect such comfort or convinience from lodge in this area. We woke up ealrly in the morning and left the lodge for Poon Hill at 5:40am to see Sun rising.

우리가 전망대에서 볼 수 있는 것은 다만 구름낀 하늘 분이였다. 순간적으로 지나가는 구름사이로 '안나푸르나 남봉'이 살짝 보이고는 이내 얼굴을 감춘다. 아래 보이는 산이 '히운출리'라고 설명해준다. '안나푸르나 남봉'은 좀처럼 모습을 보여주지 안는다. 마치 하늘거리는 얇은 속치마로 가려진 여인의 속살 같이 보일락 말락 하는 것은 푼힐까지 올라운 트레커들을 안타깝게 했다.
When we reached the Poon Hill to apppreciate the Annapurna range, the sky was cloudy and the Annapurna South and other peaks were hidden behind the clouds. The peak in the picture below is Hiunchulli.
